1. To place an order you shall select the products you desire to purchase on the Website, select a size, and add the items to your cart by clicking on “Add to Cart”. Once you are ready to checkout, click on “Cart” at the top right of the screen, which will display all of the Products you have selected to purchase. It is your responsibility to check that the items in your cart are the correct style, colour and size before proceeding. Once you are ready to proceed with your order, click on “Checkout”. The “Checkout Method” page will be shown: you can then finalize the purchase as guest or as registered customer. 1. The prices indicated on each product page may not be inclusive of all applicable taxes, depending on the Country of destination. Prices are subject to changes. However, such changes will not impact the price, or the description of the products for which you have already submitted an order accepted by Oculus.2. Although we have taken all reasonable care to make sure that prices contained in the Website are accurate at the time of publication, a small number of products in our Website may be mispriced. Prices are confirmed when you will receive your order receipt email outlining the different charges (including shipment costs and applicable taxes depending on the Country of destination).3. We take reasonable care to make our Website secure. All payments on our Website, including credit/debit card transactions, are processed through Paypal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.


1. We aim to deliver within 4 (four) working days from the date when the order is placed. Any delay in shipment due to either carrier issues and/or exceptional or particular conditions related to the specific Country of destination is not under our responsibility. Some delay may occur during national Holidays. In the event of strikes, difficulties or other events due to general or local extraordinary conditions, which would influence the delivery of the products, we shall be authorised to postpone deliveries or to cancel them.2. We ship worldwide. Shipments inside European Community take about 3/4 working days since the date of the shipment; shipments to the rest of the world take about 6/7 working days since the date of the shipment.3. You may be required to sign for delivery. Before signing you must inspect the package for any obvious tampering. If you receive an empty package but you sign the delivery receipt and do not immediately report the fact to the carrier, we are not responsible for any refunding or substitution. 2. To start the return process, you must ensure that you have the purchase order number to hand before contacting Customer Services at 3. Once approval has been given by Oculus to proceed with the return process, you will have to arrange shipment at your own expense; remembering to place the products in their original box, to include all accessories and information material, and to attach a copy of the return acceptance email. To maintain the integrity of the product (and to be able to benefit from the return service), we recommend to pack the original box in a second protective carton suitable for shipping. On receipt of the products, we will examine them carefully to ensure they are undamaged and complete in every part. 4.Once we have ascertained the integrity of the returned products, we will proceed as follows:(a) If you withdraw from the contract and return all the products you have purchased, we shall refound your order using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. Oculus warrants to the consumer that the products purchased from its online store comply with the specifications and are free of material defects and workmanship errors for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery.2. This warranty applies only to products which are(a) manufactured by or for Oculus as identified by the “MONOKOL®” trademarks, trade name, or logo legally affixed to them, and(b) purchased by consumers from this Website. Products purchased from other unauthorized channels and from websites such as eBay, Amazon, etc. are not covered by these Terms & Conditions, and any problems that may arise in those cases need to be discussed and settled directly with the vendors from whom you purchased the product.3. Signs of wear and tear, such as scratches on lenses, will not be considered as product defects, but as events generated by normal use and therefore not covered by warranty.4. This warranty does not apply (i) if the product has been subject to improper use, repair, alteration and/or modification not authorized by the brand;(ii) to damages caused by failure to follow the instructions covered in the documentation for the products or other specific instructions from Oculus;(iii) if the product is damaged by misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, normal wear and tear and deterioration, improper environmental conditions or lack of responsible care,(iv) to damages due to any other cause not related to defective design, workmanship and/or materials.5. This warranty is in addition to your legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described.
6. In order to benefit from the warranty under these Terms & Conditions you must provide proof of purchase of the item from Oculus’s online store at “” and send it along with one or more photos of the products showing the alleged defects or lack of conformity to the following email address: (within a period of 2 (two) months from the date on which you detected such defects or lack of conformity).7. After a preliminary appraisal of the problem, and only where this warranty applies, we will ask you to ship the products back to us, using the delivery service provided by our Customer Services. (To ensure that glasses do not suffer additional damage in transit, you will be asked to pack them in a protective box no larger than 200 x 160 x 100 mm). If these instructions are not followed, we reserve the right to rely solely on the pictures that you sent us before shipping the products back, and we will not be responsible for any further damage caused to the products in transit.
8. If your complaint is communicated by email at within 24 (twenty-four) months of purchase, and the defect or lack of conformity is recognized by Oculus as a defect in materials and/or production, the product will be replaced free of charge with a new one. If the model in question is no longer available or out of production, you will be offered the opportunity to choose a model of equal value. Your decision in this regard must be notified to us within 10 (ten) working days from our last communication approving your complaint.9. If your complaint is communicated by email at within 24 (twenty-four) months of purchase, but is not recognized by Oculus as a defect in materials and/or production, you will be contacted directly by our Customer Services.
10. If your complaint is communicated by email at after the warranty has expired, i.e. after 24 (twenty-four) months from time of purchase, you will be contacted directly by our Customer Services.


If any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall be found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of these Terms & Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.


1. These Terms & Conditions and the other policies of the Website shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy. 2. All disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Santa Maria Capu Vetere (CE), without affecting any consumer’s right to start a claim before the courts of the place of residence.

Al momento della compilazione del form di ordine in o da form utilizzato da Web App per gestire gli ordini dei nostri Agenti presso i retailer è richiesto ai Clienti di fornire dati che lo riguardano, quali nome, cognome o ragione sociale, e i recapiti per mettersi in contatto con il cliente stesso (es. indirizzo email, partita iva o codice fiscale, numero di telefono e indirizzo ove consegnare l’ordine). Al momento dell’inserimento dei dati da parte del Cliente o di un nostro Agente , all’utente viene fornita via mail, tramite pdf, o tramite il link l’informativa sulla Privacy.

L’invio dell’ordine via web tramite il form presente sul sito per l’acquisto, o tramite web app utilizzata dai nostri agenti implica l’autorizzazione al trattamento dei dati personali da parte di Oculus S.r.l.. Qualora l’utente non acconsenta al trattamento dei dati, l’ordine e quindi il servizio non vengono erogati.

Al momento dell’inserimento dei dati personali e, una volta completata la procedura di ordine, quindi l’utente viene reindirizzato alla pagina web dedicata e progettata in base agli strumenti forniti dal sistema di pagamento “Pay pal” o “Dilapay” se si tratta di un consumatore finale. All’interno della pagina, l’utente, dovrà inserire il nome e il cognome dell’intestatario della carta con cui desidera effettuare il pagamento, il numero della carta, la data di scadenza e il codice di sicurezza. I dati della carta non vengono memorizzati all’interno del sistema di Oculus S.r.L. ma dalle parti terze che gestiscono il pagamento on line. (es. Pay Pal Dilapay ecc.)

Nel caso cui il Cliente sia un Retailer o rivenditore B2B i dati vengono inseriti al momento dell’ordine da un nostro Agente tramite Web App la quale è collegata al sito ., i dati forniti spontaneamente dal Cliene occorrono a finalizzare la proposta di acquisto che viene seguita da una email informativa con il riepilogo ordine e la Privacy Policy. Nel caso di errori di invio cancellazione dell’ordine o qualsiasi comunicazione l’utente potrà comunicarlo a mezzo mail all’indirizzo: con la richiesta di cancellazione dei dati.

Nel caso in cui non venga finalizzato l’ordine per qualsiasi motivo (es. cancellazione, mancato pagamento, ripensamento ecc.) i dati del Cliente verranno cancellati dai nostri sistemi entro sei mesi.


Il Titolare potrebbe trattare alcuni Dati Personali dell’Utente, in occasione dei pagamenti effettuati da questi ultimi, tramite servizi di pagamento di Terze Parti (come Dilapay/Pay Pal/ Carte di Credito o Circuiti Bancari).
